Biography

Architect, Richard W. Denzer, CEO of den ZER International of Costa Mesa, California has been involved in more than $3 billion of architectural work throughout his 25-year career. After establishing himself as an experienced architect with CRSS in Orange County, California, he formed his own architectural firm, which offers individual and turnkey golf services. -- from major resort and community planning to golf clubhouses and remodels. Denzer’s company now has golf projects across the country and around the world. He has worked with every major golf course architect in the United States and enjoys working with these talented professionals. Denzer is no stranger to the game of golf. He has been playing golf for more than 40 years and taught professionally for 13 years. This hands-on experience, along with an extensive and diverse architectural background, uniquely provides him with the knowledge to design and execute architecturally sound and successful bottom line projects. His comprehensive knowledge draws people into his projects.

The recent golf market proposed to Mr. Denzer numerous opportunities for luxury residential development worldwide. Denzer ceased this occasion and formed Denzer International Development Services to promote and develop luxury mid and high density housing on new and existing golf course properties.

Denzer earned his professional architecture degree from California State Polytechnic University Pomona, California with specific emphasis in land planning.

He resides in Turtle Rock, California.
