Located on the Pacific Ocean this 14,000 s clubhouse for the Links at Monarch Beach was the first building built at this planned 400 room fire star hotel resort with 228 luxury homes. With the completion of this Ocean and Golf Course view clubhouse ownership was able to sell this residential golf resort community for $120ml. The St. Regis Hotel is now completed on this property and is one of the most successful St. Regis Hotel in the chain. Prior to the opening of the St. Regis the Links at Monarch Beach was home for the adjacent, Ritz-Carlton Hotel.
