In 1988, Richard W. Denzer opened his own architectural practice to combine the two areas he knew best -- architecture and golf. He successfully merged his professional career experience with his golf background and began focusing exclusively on golf projects, providing clubhouse, golf course and planning services for the golf industry. Revenue, revenue, revenue is the overriding goal of den ZER International projects, providing successful bottom line solutions through their design, team knowledge and extensive golf experience.

Today, Denzer International provides Development Services that include: architecture, planning, project management, construction management, entitlement services, and project financing. The primary focus of Denzer International's work is golf resort projects worldwide. The Denzer team members represent the finest development professionals who deliver the highest revenue and profit producing projects.

Currently, Denzer International has several development projects, one in Southern California, three in Panama and two in Mexico. All these projects include luxury residential housing utilizing the finest planners, architects and golf course architects from the Western Region of the United States.
